We are collaborating again this summer with the Iredell Arts
Council to host two new art camps. We are also adding one new history and hosting three
science camps with the help of Mad Science this summer.

Artist Guild of Statesville Exhibit - June 7 -August 23 The Iredell Museums' Court Street Gallery features paintings and drawings
of the Artist Guild of Statesville for a summer exhibit from June 7 through
August 23. This juried exhibit opens to the public on Friday, June 7 from
6-8PM. Hours:Tuesdays-Fridays 10-5:00
Dairy Day at Gregory
Creek Homestead - June 8 10-2:00 Join us at the Gregory Creek Homestead on Saturday, June 8 as we celebrate
National Dairy Month by demonstrating the way the early settlers made cheese,
ice cream, and butter. Visitors can help make the butter and ice cream as well
as watch other living history demonstrations such as blacksmithing, gardening,
and spinning. Demonstrations change monthly. Admission adults $3, children $1.

Visitors to Gregory Creek
Homestead can experience life as it was lived in the early days of Iredell County. The site includes eight buildings dating back to the 1760's.
The Kids@Play children's museum is a 1700 sq. ft. play
space containing a wide variety of exciting exhibits that allow children to
explore and express themselves.
